i found the staff really friendly and the hotel very clean. sporting activities included tennis, padel, table tennis, football and ping pong. the hotel's proximity to the beach and a great pool were real benefits.
i thought breakfast could be improved. it needed more variety and some local sicilian pastries would be great. the coffee should be upgraded to a better quality.

There were multiple swimming pools available, including an olympic size pool. I noticed it has all necessary facilities like toilets and a lifeguard. a gym is available with modern equipment, i saw treadmills, bikes, and weights, ensuring a comprehensive workout is possible. tennis courts and paddle courts are on site.

The hotel offered direct beach access. I observed the beach had a mix of paid and free sections. a shuttle service to taormina cost a few euros. I found registration required in advance. the hotel is situated near local attractions. I found multiple restaurants within walking distance.

the hotel's garden was very nice and well kept. it was lovely to see a tidy beach with free sunbeds. i appreciated the hotel organized a private bus service to taormina and back for a small fee. registering in advance was simple and convenient
i noticed the hotel rooms had limited space for clothes storage. the wardrobe was small and there were only two small drawers in total. a luggage rack or a kettle for tea or coffee would have been useful

the room was cleaned EVERY day, which i did find acceptable.
the breakfast was not good. food was overcooked and sloppy so i stuck to the continental option. one morning, i was making coffee and the mug tipped, spilling hot coffee on my dress. it took a while for waiters to help me, and i received no apology.
